Santamus brunches are extremely popular, the atmosphere-rich environment and delicious menu take you on a special and once-in-a-lifetime journey of tastes.

Our brunch menu is updated weekly as we aim to include locally produced food from nearby small-scale producers and various seasonal wild ingredients collected by our staff from the surrounding nature. For starters, our menu always includes breads with a variety of spreads and a wide selection of innovative salads. For the main course, there is always fish, meat, and a vegetarian option available upon request. A generous dessert table crowns the indulgent moment.
